1. Order Confirmation & Processing

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email and SMS confirming the receipt of your order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an email confirmation will be sent. The order will be confirmed once you verify it through email or mobile. We strive to process most orders within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, custom-made products or special orders may take additional time.

2. Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping (India) We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. COD (Cash on Delivery) is available for Indian customers, with a nominal charge. For remote locations, we use India Post to ensure delivery.

International Shipping

We provide international shipping to over 21 countries through trusted couriers. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees as per their country’s regulations. Shipping fees are inclusive of insurance costs.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order products may require additional time. Delivery Time: India (Metro Cities): 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. India (Non-Metro / Remote Locations): 5-10 business days. International: 5-10 business days (may vary based on destination and customs processing). Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs, or courier delays.

4. Order Tracking

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is available only for orders within India. COD is available for orders up to ₹2,000. Orders exceeding this amount must be prepaid. A flat COD charge will apply to all COD orders. Orders will be verified via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. If there is no confirmation within 24 hours, your order will be canceled. Repeated refusals of COD deliveries may result in a restriction of the COD payment option for future orders.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their country. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We will cooperate fully to provide support for any customs-related queries.

7. Delays, Lost or Missing Shipments Delayed Shipments:

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, courier issues, or natural disasters. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our customer support team. Lost or Missing Shipments: If your order shows as delivered but has not been received, please report the issue within 48 hours of the delivery status update. We will coordinate with the courier service but cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.

8. Incorrect Address / Return Policy

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply for redelivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. Product Inspection & Packaging We ensure that all products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before dispatch. We work with reputable courier partners to guarantee safe delivery of your products.

10. Business Rights Richiris, registered under GST, is the authorized seller of authentic products. We take no responsibility for purchases made from unauthorized third-party sellers or counterfeit goods.
