Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and the natural variations of gemstones, slight differences in color, size, and design are normal and should be expected. These variations do not qualify for returns. Personalized or Customized Jewelry: Custom-made or personalized jewelry, including engraved pieces, is non-returnable.
