📝 Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

By participating in our Refer & Earn Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • Only registered customers with a valid referral code can participate.
  • Referrals are valid only for new customers placing their first order.
  • Self-referrals (referring your own accounts) are strictly prohibited.

2. Referral Tracking

  • A referral is recorded when a new user makes a successful purchase using a shared referral link.
  • Referral links follow this format: https://richiris.com/?ref=REFCODE
  • The referral cookie lasts for 7 days.

3. Reward & Payout

  • Referrers are eligible for rewards only after the referee completes an order.
  • Payouts are processed manually, usually between the 14th–15th and 27th–28th of each month.
  • Payment modes supported: Bank Transfer or UPI.
  • The payout amount varies based on the number of successful referrals:
    • Stage 1: Upto 20 referrals – ₹90 to ₹110 per referral
    • Stage 2: 21–60 referrals – ₹100 to ₹130 per referral
    • Stage 3: 61+ referrals – ₹130 to ₹200 per referral

4. Program Abuse

  • Users found abusing the referral system (e.g. creating fake accounts, self-referring) will be disqualified.
  • We reserve the right to delete referral entries or ban participants without prior notice.

5. Discount for Referred Users

  • New users who use a valid referral link get an instant 5% discount at checkout.
  • Discount cannot be combined with certain offers or coupons.

6. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice.
  • Changes will be updated on this page.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not liable for incorrect payout details submitted by users.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bank or UPI details.
